Converting Services
Slitting
Slitting is a conversion process that cuts or slices log roll or jumbo roll of Pressure-Sensitive Adhesive tapes or materials into smaller, shorter, or thinner rolls. SCC offers a variety of slitting methods and machinery to slit various PSA tapes and materials to custom widths and lengths.
Lathe Slitting
Lathe Slitting is the process of “slit to width” which is appropriate for clients seeking custom width rolls of pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes.
Rewind Slitting
Rewind slitting is the process to convert jumbo roll into finished rolls with varying width and length. Our rewind slitting machine can operate the Score, Shear, or Razor slitting methods for converting PSA tapes and other materials (e.g., release paper, film). Score, Shear and Razor-blade slitting have attributes that make it suitable for certain types of materials. The technique applied depends upon the material.

Our support services include packaging your product until shipping them to your customer. The product could be delivered either in regular shipment or in urgent order per your request.
Packaging Services
SCC offers packaging services that meet client’s specific requirements. We pack your product according to packing standards. We could provide guidance on packaging materials and packing characteristics that suit your new product.
